Who are you ?
I am an industrial engineer and co-founder of POMEX.
Right after completing my studies, I wanted to start a business project to apply my methodical and practical mindset while providing efficient and tailored technical solutions.
Meeting François Hustache allowed me to create POMEX in 2013, with a shared goal of giving clients the confidence to entrust us with their projects.
What do you do at POMEX ?
At POMEX, I am responsible for human resources, accounting, and IT. For our clients, I ensure legal compliance, and the security and reliability of their industrial installations.
Since when ?
As a founder, since the beginning of POMEX !
How does POMEX make the difference ?
Our strength lies in our ability to put ourselves in the client’s shoes while considering their desires. We take the time to listen so that our actions and results are qualitative and focused on specific expectations.
We enjoy working with client teams to determine solutions that meet current needs while allowing for future evolution in the same direction.
One of your greatest achievements at POMEX ?
I was fortunate to be called upon by one of our clients to support a project to bring a solvent storage facility on a SEVESO site into compliance.
This significant project allowed me to understand, over a decade, the many areas of expertise required for a comprehensive remediation approach. This experience enriched me both professionally and personally, allowing me to collaborate with experts from various fields and gain a comprehensive view of industrial and environmental challenges.
I was able to develop my skills in project management, legal compliance, safety standards, and industrial process optimization. It was also an opportunity to strengthen relationships and contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions for the client.
And outside of POMEX ?
Music and sports are two passions I have always practiced. I believe that music and dance bring together people from very diverse backgrounds.
Tennis and combat sports allow me to unwind and, as an ADEPS instructor, teach the proper ways to react and behave in delicate situations through ju-jitsu practice.
