Teams meeting

After ensuring that you have applied for the right job and that you meet the necessary prerequisites for long-term integration at POMEX, Jonathan will arrange a meeting to get to know you, discuss your expectations, and ensure that your values align with those of POMEX.

Interview with François DC or François H

After defining internally the types of projects suited to your profile, based on your experience and aspirations, you will be invited to an in-depth discussion to familiarise yourself with POMEX and jointly assess your enthusiasm for taking on professional challenges.

Client Presentation and Meeting

Is it a perfect match between you and POMEX? We present you with your first assignment, ensuring it meets your professional expectations. If the assignment suits you, it’s time to meet your client, discover the proposed work environment, and ensure you will thrive there as you do at POMEX.

Onboarding and Training

It’s official, you are now part of the POMEX team! Congratulations!!! You will go through an onboarding period to familiarise yourself with POMEX tools and enhance your skills through targeted training
