Guillaume is the business developer of POMEX. He shares his story by answering our questions.
Who are you?
I am the founder of ADD3MANA. After completing nine years of work-study programmes as part of my studies, I worked for nine years at one of Belgium’s largest pharmaceutical companies as Project Manager, Maintenance & Reliability Manager, Packaging Manager, QA Automation/CSV Manager, and EHS Maintenance & Automation Manager.
What do you do at POMEX?
At POMEX, I am a Business Developer. This involves implementing innovative and disruptive strategies to expose POMEX to the best growth opportunities.
Since when?
I joined POMEX in the course of 2025.
And outside POMEX?
I am fortunate to have a fabulous wife and lively twin daughters, and we live in Walhain.
How does POMEX make a difference?
In my opinion, the real question is “How will POMEX make a difference in the coming years?”. From my point of view, POMEX has demonstrated its reliability and expertise since its creation 10 years ago with its various customers.
Thanks to this recognised professional image, POMEX now has all the tools it needs to strengthen its presence in the pharmaceutical industry in Europe.
